Unable to send or receive blueyonder emails via outlook or iphone.

I generated a new app password for both devices but new password doesn't accept. I am receiving emails in VM mail online.  Can someone help please?

I was told 2 weeks ago, that the Virgin Media (VM) blueyonder email account can't be linked to 3rd party email providers anymore.

After 25 years of not using the VM website to view, send emails etc, I have to now. Still getting used to it, but its not great

I'm sorry to hear about the issues you are having with the issues on the emails.
Is this issue happening on all devices or just on Outlook on the iPhone?

Does it work on an iPad or tablet?
