Unable to send or reply to email from my webmail. Does anyone know if there are any issues?

No warnings or errors. May be a browser issue Google Chrome, but have cleared cache with no difference.
Does the issue persist if you sign in from an Incognito browser window; press Ctrl + Shift + N to access mode?

Have you been able to try Incognito mode like 用心棒 has suggested?
