Unable to send emails

Outlook has stopped sending emails from any account (receive emails OK). Have looked at other threads (Outgoing Authentication Issues) and have enabled logging which would seem to show an error 2020.09.02 14:39:42 email address: ReportStatus: RSF_COMPLETED, hr = 0xffffffff8004210b.

But how do you fix this issue.

If you're using a webmail interface, could be this problem that's being investigated urgently.
