Unable to send emails via my iphone

Can receive emails on my iphone 6 but when trying to send reply's etc I get error message: 

"The username or password for SMTP @SMTP.ntlworld.com is incorrect"

Hi Beccanic, thank you for posting so we are aware you are having these email issues and can offer support. 

Massive thanks to Anankha for their wonderful help and support so far. 

I'm sure this must be incredibly frustrating! Sadly as you have access to webmail it does appear as though this is a device specific issue. I have had similar problems myself in the past via iphone particularly following updates, however this has usually been fixed by deleting and re-adding the account following a password change. I'm sorry to hear this did not work for you. 

Have you recently had a software update?

Can I check how you updated the password? Did you do this via the forgotten password link on our website?

If so, have you been able to access webmail using this same new password since updating it?

It may be worth trying just one more time to see if this resolves the problem. You reset the password here. 

Let us know if you are also having issues accessing the webmail service as this would indicate an issue elsewhere!
