Looks like the same issue as that of milliemog999, unable to update inbox on my ntlworld account since yesterday evening. ‘Checking for email” comes up with account error, details- “no password provide for NTlworld”. Password is the same on all my devices so no access to account, password also not recognised on VM email site, very problematic as main communication for a charity I am working with supporting vulnerable people. From looking at the account we can see you have spoken to the team and this has been raised to be looked into by our IT support team. This can take up to 5 working days but is usually quicker.
