Have been unable to log into webmail for 2 days now keep getting following msg :

I Can log into my virgin media account , called 150 but put on hold for ages !
I have now been locked out of my virgin email account since about the 18 Nov 😬 after many many frustrating hours on hold trying to contact the call centre trying to speak to someone ! anyone ! Who can possible help ! To then be told ; I’ve changed your Password and that is all that’s all needed ! Wait for Up to 30 mins for the change to take effect and all will be well ! Well you’ve guessed it “It hasn’t ! this has now happened On 5 occasions the last being yesterday !!!! With the help of Alex_RM from this forum who did get me access to the log on page allowing me to change the password myself, which i did, but to then get the Double “ “Forbidden forbidden message and that’s where it’s been ever since. So today I received a letter from virgin media internet security dated 16 Nov ! informing me my account has been locked by their security systems because of suspicious activity around this date ! Informing me I need to run an antivirus scan which was clear , change the password on my virgin media account, which I did, and change my security questions, again all done, but when I try to log in to my email account from the virgin media home page I still get the double Forbidden forbidden message.
Can someone Please help! I’m at a loss of where to go next ! It’s so frustrating
Thanks for joining us in a Private Message. Following the IT ticket that was raised, they've tweaked something and have asked if you can try changing your password and logging in again or do you still see the Forbidden error?
