Having been unable to log in to my emails fro a month- message says ''üsername/password wrong'' when clearly they weren't , I spoke to the helpline today. I was told my account has been deactivated. No warning, no explanation, no apology. So now who knows how many important emails are lost? I'm mega angry about this and the attitude of virgin media. Please take your business elsewhere and tell your friends to do the same. Also, while we're at it, Virgin trains are a rip off as well!

This is issue has been festering for a more years that necessary and a consequence is there will likely be more users in a similar situation who will one day, without notice, find they no longer have access to part of their digital identity.
