Unable to log in to my email account using IPad and Apple laptop. However can access email using I phone

I'm so sorry to hear that you are facing this issue when logging into email! 

Can I ask how are you attempting to log in, via web or client mail?

Do you get an error message at all when you try?

message is incorrect email or log in . Yet O am sign in on my phone
