Help! 🙄 My .ntlworld.com address stopped working a couple of days back. 2 calls to tech support resulted in them unblocking something apparently, and I gave them a new password. However, nothing has changed. They said they would raise a ticket and to expect a reply within 5 working days! This is my primary email account and I know there are some important emails on there.
Any ideas?

Hi AcatGBR4, thanks for the message and welcome to the forums.
It looks like the password reset has not worked, usually this does and you would need to wait around an hour for the password to sync.
It however looks like an IT ticket has been raised to resolve this and this has a run time of 3-5 working days.
