It is happening all the time now, obstructing navigation around the email pages

Through a browser?
Does this happen on all browsers
Can we also ask if you still have an active Broadband account with us

via Google Chrome browser, haven't tried other browsers

Thanks for confirming this @davidbohl. Would you be able to try another browser for us to see if this works. Chrome uses java which isn't as compatible with our websites like the other browsers are. If you are not able to use a different browser can you please confirm if you are using a VPN at all? Try also clearing your cache and cookies.
