Hi
My emails on both iphone & Samsung has stopped working with the message:
Unable to connect to email server to verify your account information.
Both were working and settings remain the same.
I have reset my password
I have deleted the account and re established the accounts on both phones.
imap.virginmedia.com
SSL-yes
Port 993
Outgoing
smtp.virginmedia.com
SSL-yes
Port 465.
Account works when i log in through webmail.

It is possible verification fails to complete because your network's public IP Address has been blacklisted by Virgin Media and / or Spamhaus. To see if this is the case:
