Unable to access virgin.net email account

Yesterday I was suddenly informed my virgin.net mailbox was not available, and that I should make sure I used the correct password (which I hadn't changed). When I tried to login my password was not recognised, and when I tried to login to reset the password the answer to my security question was not accepted. I cannot login using billing information. Can you please help?

Welcome to our Community Forums! Thank you for your post, and I'm sorry to hear that you're having some issues with your mailbox at the moment! I can understand how frustrating this can be.

I was unable to locate your account at the moment, can you advise if you're an active Virgin Media broadband customer at the moment, or if you're a Former customer?
