Unable to access my emails

I tried calling and they will not help because it ends in ntlworld please help

Hello

Are you still a Virginmedia broadband customer ? If not then all Support can do is delete the email address.

If you are a customer is the email address listed in https://my.virginmedia.com/my-profile/listUsers ? as you will be able to reset the password there.

Thank you for your post, and welcome to the Community Forums 🙂

 

I'm sorry to hear you've having some trouble with your NTL world email account. I'm unsure why you have been advised that we cannot help if you have this particular email domain, as it's simply not correct.

 

However what DJ_Shadow1966 has advised is correct, and that any emails that are attached to former accounts will be deleted after 90 days of the account disconnection.

 

Please let us know if that's not the case and we'll be more than happy to help further.
