When I'm trying to login to my ***@ntlworld.com account it is not allowing me to login at all.
The error it is giving me is a 'We didn't recognise the username or password you entered. Please try again.'
Naturally I went to reset the password however I got this error when I put my email in for the username. "Unable to find your username".
Any thoughts or suggestions?
Are you currently a virgin broadband customer, if not your email account may have been deleted as virgin are wiping all the orphan accounts from it's system

Sorry to hear that you have been having issues with your account login. Have you tried checking which username is linked to your account: https://my.virginmedia.com/forgot-details/username
