For a number of days I have been unable to access my emails on the Virginmedia website on my laptop or phone. At first it said: Your mail box is not available at the moment, please retry in an hour. I tried in an hour or 2 and 3 but it didn't work.... Now I am getting error 403: forbidden.
I reset my password and my emails loaded on my phone. BUT still no success on my laptop through the Virginmedia website.
