Can somebody please help me with accessing the email? I have tried to access it via outlook and via the link on the top of the customer page, in outlook i just get an error and when using the website i get the error below:
Your mailbox is not available at the moment.
Please retry again in one hour and make sure you are using the correct password to access your email from all of your devices.
Can you access your billing account? Try changing your password, and post back to advise if this works. If not, the Forum Team (VM employees) will have to take a look - they will need to know that you have changed the password (a requirement if the email mailbox has been locked for security reasons)
