I cannot access my email, it was functioning ok first thing but now I get:
Your mailbox is not available at the moment.
Please retry again in one hour and make sure you are using the correct password to access your email from all of your devices.

Hi, Thanks for taking the time to respond.
Yes I tried changing my password, ironic that once done it tells you that there has been an email sent to your account. I can still not access my email account.

Just to add - I initially used the change password option in manage my account https://my.virginmedia.com/my-profile/view, using the link you provided seems to have worked, I can now access my emails.
