I would really appreciate some help.
Someone hacked into my email account a few months back and changed both my password and my security question. When I click on forgot my password link, my security question has been changed to just random letters, so I cannot reset my password. I’ve spoken to a few virgin media agents over the phone who don’t seemed to be able to reset things for me - one of them said they will send a letter in the post outlining how I can reset my password and security question, but the letter was useless and outlined the process of resetting my password by clicking on ‘forgot my password’ link and inputting my security answer 🤦🏻♂️ Any help would be appreciated.
