Not been able to access my ntlworld email account since last Tuesday. Saying my password is invalid. 
I tried to use the forgotten password route, entered the security questions and created new but this is also not recognised. 
still unable to access. 
had to use my alternative gmail email to register on here....

any ideas gratefully received. Thank you

are you still a virgin media customer? is your email linked to your current account or was it from a past account

Hi, yes current customer. We did move from the full tv, phone broadband, down to b band only at the end of last month. But I was advised this wouldn’t effect email. 
Maybe I advised wrongly?

that wont effect email as long as the account is attached to your account. you can change the password in your MyVirginMedia account
