As long as I know its not my kit I'm happy to wait a while. I can access webmail on my Android phone via Google Chrome so I have no urgent need. Just seemed remarkably coincidental that it kicked in the day I upgraded from Win-7 to Win-10. 🙂
Thanks for the update, I admit I thought things weren't happening because most people seem to have the problem cured. I can't believe Virgin themselves don't seem bothered, Thanks for your help, I genuinely don't want the bother of changing but...........
I genuinely thought that Virgin had given up on Error606 as a lot of people don't have the problem anymore. I'm grateful you are still trying because I much prefer Chrome to Firefox. I was getting to the point of changing To another supplier. Virgin really need to do something about their customer service.
My access to email via Chrome died whilst I was using it yesterday - a message box appeared at the bottom of the screen saying s"Server Unable". It did not go away and so I tried to log back in later and got the blue screen with the "Connection error. Service Not Available Right Now. RETRY" message reported by others above. The suggested fixes have not worked and I'm desperate.
