Having prepared a draft email , when I go to click on SEND the arrow changes to a blue circle and wont let me send. Oddly enough, if I go to look at the draft on my phone I can send it from there, but not the PC??

Thanks for posting, and sorry to hear you're having some issues sending emails.
Can you confirm if this is using a email client or though the Virgin Site?
