Hi,
My daughter uses a subsidiary email address linked to my VM subscription from the days when she lived at home. However, my daughter has her own house now and has her own VM subscription.
I will be leaving VM soon and would like to know if it's possible for my daughter to keep her email address by transferring it to her own subscription

Hi Chris,
Thanks for confirming this. I understand the reasons, despite the difficulties this causes us. At least she has now changed her username and ebill email address in her subscription profile to use an email address that is not linked to my subscription, so that's a start.
On a related note, is it possible to change the Profile => My Services => Virgin Media Mailbox email address
