hi I have seen threads for this and changed my passowrd etc
I cannot send emails only receive them - the error message is
The server response was: Authentication Required (VM401)
I have unticked the automatic and tried to put in the password which is will not save - this is becoming a huge issue now - i have nto been able to do this for days - i work form ome and need emails

Have you set up an app password for your email client and are you using the server settings all as per info below?
