For the past three or four weeks I've had intermittent problems sending emails to a Virgin Media address; a couple of days after sending an email to that address, my ESP will inform me that it couldn't be delivered. I see there are already a couple of other threads on this:

Good Afternoon @Disposable, hope you're well!
We've sent this back all the information offered from the public posts and private message to our back office team and I've been advised of the following;
"Our Vendor Cloudsafe has the IPs on their spam engine. However we have added the relevant IPs to bypass Cloudmark Safe Messaging Cloud system.
If anymore fails, it will be due to the individual mailboxes spam filtering settings".

I'm still unable to send emails to this VM address, they're always bounced and the reason each time is Temporary SMC Policy Violation. This has been going on for 7 weeks now - is there any prospect of a solution?
