Please can someone tell me how to stop email addresses, either those I send to or I receive from , automatically being added to my address book. Thank you.
@Alan65 When logged in to the VM webmail page click on settings> email> scroll down to the section headed behaviour and remove the tick from the two options to automatically collect email addresses.
