I have received an email asking me to click on a link by 28 March or loose access to my Virgin Media email address. Is this from Virgin? Seems unlikely. BTW Virgin, I can't get through on the phone (as usual) to query this. Can someone please help?

That would be a scam/phishing email from the description.

Multiple variations on a similar theme are posted regularly in the 'Latest phishing news' in the 'Security matters' forum.

You should be able to look through past VM bulletins too. Usually you can exactly match the text in your email with the examples that VM post.
