Recently been getting on average about six emails every day, 95% from Karmen@(Various)
I can block individually, how do I mass block the name Karmen
Thanks.

Settings.
I would suggest you set up a filter as per the virgin link-
Using Filters In Virgin Media Mail
The "condition" should be- "from" - "containing" - karmen
The "action" can be set to file to a chosen folder, which could be the spam folder or any other folder or set to discard.
Also check the virgin spam setting, they do pick up a lot of spam which can be sent to spam, or the inbox in spam settings.
Blacklisting will not work in your case as the spammer is changing the address each time.
The sender address is probably spoofed, but any part of the sender address can be picked out to filter, which can be the name or the domain or the full address.
Hope that helps.
