Spam email

[niffniff]

@ntlworld.com is phishing my elderly parents emails. Sent copy to phishing but cant you stop it quickly as it's an ntlworld.com email address

I'm sorry to see that your parents are having issues with phishing, as you have sent this to the specialised team who deal with this already they will investigate this for you asap. 

Unfortunately there's not much more we can do from here as we would've advised you to do what you have already done.
