Sorry your mailbox is not available

What is going wrong with Virgin media email accounts. I've had nothing since Friday all I get is the message in the subject bar. 

Any tips would be much appreciated

Good Morning Tiger12,

 

This has been an issue that we've been experiencing recently.

 

We advise customers to try changing their password to gain access to the mailbox and if this fails, then try going through the forgotten password link to make the change.

 

Once those two options have been explored and, if this has not fixed this issue it would be worth contacting us, either via this thread or via our call centre to see if we can fix the issue for you

So after nearly a week still no emails. Ive tried changing the password and still nothing. Interesting how its the secondary account that isnt working and not the primary one which I use for billing and for Virgin to contact me to say that the bill will be going up by 4.50 from September. I dont think so. I wonder what deals Sky are doing.
