Cannot access my virgin email says sorry mailbox not available!

Still not working, following message appears

 

Your mailbox is not available at the moment.

 

If I try and set it up on my phone using the imap settings and port993 it says username or passowrd incorrect!

You need to wait at least an hour after changing the password before trying to access the email account.

Welcome to the community and thanks for taking the time to post your issue on the forums.
I'm sorry to hear of your mailbox issues, have you been able to log into your email after waiting an hour after the password reset as @Graham_A advised?
