Hi,
From 23/12/2021, I can no longer access my virgin.net email via any method - webmail (mail.virgin.net) nor POP3 / Windows Mail.
I've seen others have this issue too in many other posts. Can access be restored to my email account, please?
Note, I have a Virgin Media account and can access my Account page and Account Settings page. However, I don't see anywhere to manage my email accounts?

Go to My Virgin Media > My Profile > Manage accounts and sign in using the account holder's authentication credentials to manage secondary mailboxes.

Sorry to hear about you losing email access
I am more than happy to take a look at this for you
It may be a chance that this email is not possible to access again
I will need to send you a private message to pass security
If you can check the purple envelope top right of your screen that would be great
