Hi there anyone know how set up email on my iPhone I keep getting error saying no password yet I have enterd my password

Here are the settings I have:
Incoming settings:
imap.virginmedia.com
SSL yes
Port 993

Outgoing settings:
smtp.virginmedia.com
SSL yes
Port 465
Authentication ‘Password’.

Username is the full email address.
Password self explanatory.
Ensure the username & password is also added under the smtp server details.

I tried that just but I just error saying no password enterd when there has been very strange 

I would delete the account & start again.
Can you log in to webmail?
How long is it since the email account was created?

Lucky enougth yes I can acess it on webmail why littel confused why it’s being problematic 

It is strange. 
If the account is newly created then it may not be fully active for access on external devices.

How long has the problem been occurring?
