Re: SPAM Content Found (VM603)

The message with the VM error code is from VM's outbound mail servers which have blocked the sending of the mail because the VM servers with the help of the filtering provided by Cloudmark (your spam filtering partners) thinks it is spam or contains spam content.

If it has been blocked on receipt by another ISP the message would have been completely and utterly different and not had the VM 603 code attached.

Re: SPAM Content Found (VM603)

Apologies HowardML, I was referring to coenoby who hadn't received any error message.

I'll get this email issue fed back to see if I can get some further information regarding this.

Thanks

The only way I can send emails at the moment is to delete my signature.

That means it's the content of your signature which is tripping the spam filter. It's an image a suspicious URL or something similar in your signature.

Re: SPAM Content Found (VM603)

Ok  thank you for your help everyone. I seem to have isolated the issue.

If i remove www.operationsoundsystem.co.uk from my signature all is ok. The VM spam filter was flagging this web site www.operationsoundsystem.co.uk.

I can send mail with all other links fine 🙂

Thanks again

Hello audrycrist

Your problem needs to be addressed in a new thread.  Please repost with the exact error message including any string of characters which identifies the exact transaction to the the forum team who can correlate the code with their logs to see what text triggered the spam content warning.

But do be sure to delete any personal email address or suchlike.
