I need to restore/reactivate an ntlworld.com email address that has been accidentally deleted. Any advice will be appreciated.

A lot depends on how long ago it was deleted and if it was connected to an active VM broadband account.

I am afraid that once an email address has been deleted it cannot be restored, deletion is non reversible.

Welcome to our Community Forums and thanks for posting.
If the email was deleted completely by us, then it can not be restored. If this was a secondary email which you deleted yourself, we can look to see if we can restore the mailbox.
