Restoration of email address

I need to restore/reactivate an ntlworld.com email address that has been accidentally deleted.  Any advice will be appreciated.

A lot depends on how long ago it was deleted and if it was connected to an active VM broadband account.

The VM Forum Team will be able to advise further when they reach this thread.

I am afraid that once an email address has been deleted it cannot be restored, deletion is non reversible.

It was only deleted within the past few hours.

Welcome to our Community Forums and thanks for posting. 

 

If the email was deleted completely by us, then it can not be restored. If this was a secondary email which you deleted yourself, we can look to see if we can restore the mailbox. 

 

Will pop you a PM now to confirm some more details and we can take it from there 🙂
