When I go to Mailbox app password management the email pre populated is the main email@example.com but I need to rest the password for a secondary account firstname.lastname@example.org, how do I change it to the one I want? The email is greyed out and can’t be changed

For quite a while now all VM secondary email accounts have their own "My Virgin Media" (MVM) account. As a result you can no longer reset secondary account passwords from your primary My Virgin Media Account. You have to use secondary email account's MVM account.
Sign into the MVM account for this secondary email address from this link https://www.virginmedia.com/my-virgin-media by entering the secondary account email address and then its existing password when prompted.
The layout of the secondary account MVM is the same as the primary but you cannot view the details of the VM broadband package and associated bills. Follow the same route you did before to reset the password for that secondary account,
