Hi, I’ve just received a letter from Virgin Media saying this
”We’re getting in touch to let you know about the changes we’re making for additional account users who access My Virgin Media.
We’ve identified you as being an additional My Virgin Media account user. We’re letting you know that we’ll stop supporting your online account on 06/12/2024.”
I use my virgin media email address for everything. My husband and son also use an additional email address lined to mine.
so how will I access my services if this happens? Will my husband and loose their email addresses?

As I understand it these letters refer to Additional My Virgin Media accounts that were created since May 2022 which do not have a VM email address attached to them. They were created purely to allow additional users access to the account for the purpose of using the refer a friend option and other limited functions.
A VM Forum Team member should be able to check this for you when they reach this thread.
