My wife and I have redundant NTLWORLD email accounts that should have been closed when we moved house. My account has been compromised. Can someone please advise me how to close these accounts.

Hi Captain4,

Thanks for your patience whilst I waited for the IT team to come back to me on this.

They have already come back to me today and advised that they have deleted the email accounts as requested.

If you have any further queries or questions, pop back to me here.

Thanks,

Hi Captain4,

Thanks for your post and welcome to the forums. It's great having you on board with us in the Community.

I'm sorry to hear you are having an issue with compromised email addresses.

We can certainly check this out to you but in order to do that I will need to confirm some information with you.

I have sent you a private message regarding this and will investigate further once I receive your reply. Just click on the little plum envelope at the top right-hand side of the page to access your inbox.

Thanks,
