Recurring Email problem

My wife has an email address on my Virgin account: it keeps locking her out (message 403 Forbidden) - 3 times this year! I have phoned up twice and got it unlocked but it has now done it again. This is extremely annoying and inconvenient!! I could phone again (but it takes an age to get it sorted!) but this needs to be sorted out once and for all!! Any help please? Thanks, Neil.

I am sorry to hear that you have had some issues with your wife's email address, could you please let me know if you/your wife is a current virgin media account holder?

Yes, Zak, she is. Her email account is part of our joint account with Virgin Media.
