I'm having the same issue, additional account on webmail. It was working fine 2 hours ago, and I haven't changed anything since. What do I need to edit?

It's a blueyonder address, and almost certainly linked to the other issue I posted about secondary e-mails.

Are you able to try a password reset of the email addresses you are having the issues with?
