I’ve just joined because I’m having the same issue as everyone on this post. I have spoken to 2 advisors who have done their best to sort this issue but with no success. As this is my main email account And I haven’t been able to receive or send for over 24 hours I’m panicking a bit! Can someone please assist?

Sorry to hear of the issues with the E-Mail account, and that this has caused you to panic.

 

Can you please advise me if you are the account holder for the Virgin Media package you have installed?

I am sorry to see that your NTL email is not working.

Hi, I seem to be having the same issue with my email account. I’ve tried resetting my password but to no avail. Can you assist please.

 

All sorted now, the password change took a long time to come through.
