I can second this issue, was trying to unlock a Microsoft account this evening after the "Your PIN in no longer valid because changes to device security have been made", so log in with account password, it asks to send a code via email then gives you about 1 minute to enter code but no email arrived, went through same process 5 times thinking must be a glitch. 5 Hours later all 5 pop into inbox "blueyonder address". Headers show the delay clearly.

Yes thats it main came all once on two occassions in the early hours of the morning.....

I added a phone number to mine so can't make any changes now for 30 days. But lesson learned, I will always use the "I don't have internet" option when building PCs from now on.

Are you guys able to pop the headers in here

https://mxtoolbox.com/EmailHeaders.aspx

And paste the Graph and server list.

I no longer have a Virgin Media account but this is an example using my own email server

Keep hold of the headers as the Forum Team may need to gather them.

@ModTeam - Can you have another look at this?

Tim

Looking at the couple I can see, it looks like Virgin Media's MX servers are stopping the mail initially and finally allowing the mail through after 5-6 hours.  We also see MMX4 and MX10 doing this, so it's not a single exchanger that's causing the issue.

@ModTeam - This needs passing on to the email teams so they can look into the cause of the initial rejections.  If it's graylisting, then it's graylisting gone wrong.

Thanks @ravenstar68,

The details have now been passed over to the relevant teams and we'll be back in touch as soon as we get an update.

Thanks,
