Yeah and i have just had one telling me my direct debt is incorrect and my broadband etc will be shut down unless i resolve it!

@keef666  The email will almost certainly be a phishing scam.  See here:

Thanks Graham, yeah i thought it was but was trying to find how to inform the powers that be of it, so they can track this people down and you know what?

FYI: forward to phishing@virginmedia.com and delete; if during the send process a Spam Content Found warning is shown then Virgin Media are already aware of it and have started to block it.
