This has happened to me.
I can access my e-mails on the primary account (my e-mail address). I cannot now access e-mails on the secondary account (which is my wife's e-mail address). This applies to whatever device we use. I have also tried using the Virgin web portal and get the message "Your mailbox is not available at the moment." for my wife's e-mail address. The problem started yesterday.

I am sorry to see that your NTL email is not working.
