Unable to access email inbox

I have the same problem. I have tried the password reset route but that has not worked. 

Have tried VM on Twitter and tried calling VM but no one has come up with a solution?

Can you help?

I have been unable to access your account using forum details. I have instead sent a private message to further look into this. Please look out for a purple envelope and provide a response when you can.
