Suspicious "infected with malware" email from Virgin

I have just received the same email with the Same info I’ve tried to get hold of Virgin but no go.

Given the lack of information, it's a bit hard to be sure whether this is genuine, BUT VM do send out Malware alert letters.

As a rule such letters will be addressed to you personally, as opposed to the dodgy letters that simply start Dear Sir/Madam.
