Ntl world email not working

Having the same problem with a secondary account log in. I can log in fine as main account holder.

I am having the same problem with a secondary account. Have followed the instructions on changing password and still not able to access web email.

Primary account does not have this problem.

How else can I access email?

I did try that solution which did not immediately work. But after waiting some time the problem was resolved.
