this happens to me on a regular basis for a week at a time and as usual it has returned.  have you tried viewing your emails using private window.three dots at top of page third one down says private window press on this and it will take you to virgin media page and hopefully by  entering your details password etc you can access your emai through this.even though i was unable to access email through virgin media page i was still able to access email through my phone which

shows the fault lies with virgin media page itself i hope this helps let me know
