current fully paid-up VM broadband customer
sending email through your SMTP server stopped working for me at the end of June2021, and hasn’t worked since. No credentials were changed here, but all attempts to send email claim incorrect password etc. ie I’m getting exactly the fault you describe at the start of this thread.
I’ve just recently tried the suggested fix in this thread - ie resetting my email password etc. But still all to no avail. Still unable to send SMTP mail. Also to mention that my online mailbox ie VM webmail, has also been unavailable throughout
could somebody please manually reset my mailbox so it starts working again?!!!

@bearnol sorry to hear the steps advised above haven't worked for you James. Please look out for my PM (the purple envelope) so we can look further into this for you.
