Hello,
Sent an email at lunchtime to my sister, she initially claimed she didn't receive it, so sent her another one at about 7:30pm and one to myself on my tablet at about 7:45pm just to check... mine came through, then she emailed to say she had found it and it had gone into junk... I emailed to see if she had received the latest email and got a message saying I need to sign in,
Tried on my main PC and got this...
Any help please!

I'm sorry to hear of the issues that you've been having with your email account, I have been able to locate your account and have reset your mailboxes connection to the server.
Please could you try your mailbox again and let me know if it's now working?
